“So-so-so-solidarité, ensemble avec les femmes du monde entier”
One of the most significant moments of the day occurred during the intervention by Ernestine Ronai, Head of the Observatory of Violence against Women in the Seine-Saint-Denis department. Ernestine is not only a historical figure in French feminist activism but also a pioneer in the fight against femicides in France.
Ernestine delivered a powerful message, emphasising that “democracy and social justice cannot exist if we deny women access to decision-making.” She then rallied all participants to join her in a unified chant.
